As an Occupational Health Director, I work to help employees maintain good health in the workplace, including the prevention and treatment of diseases and injuries, and also to promote productivity.
Occupational Medicine is a specialized unique branch of medicine dealing with the prevention and treatment of job-related injuries. As the Occupational Health Director, I assist the staff at Sterling Medical to understand the impact an injury has on the employee and the employer. I help our staff to ensure that we are providing quality screening and testing because it is a crucial part of ensuring a healthy, drug-free work environment and community.
