I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years experience in the field of medicine. I spent 15 years as a registered nurse in the hospital setting and 8 years in the community and as a locum tenens Family Nurse Practitioner.  Over these last 8 years I have concentrated on expanding my depth and breadth of knowledge to be a steward of the people I serve in medicine.  As a medical provider I take being entrusted and invited in the participation of community members health and the health of their loved ones and friends seriously.  I have lived in the LC Valley since 1995 and with that longevity I have become very familiar medical resources near and far for those patients who require specialist referrals.

Outside of work I am a wife  of 24 years and mother of 4. I enjoy true crime podcasts, and DIY around the house projects. I love to garden but don't have a green thumb to save a plant's life, so annuals are for me.
