With Sterling Urgent Care, it takes just a few minutes to protect your health. Walk-in vaccinations are available during regular business hours.

TDAP (Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)

The TDAP vaccine helps children younger than 7 years build up an immunity against diphtheria, tetanus, and whooping cough (pertussis), which are caused by bacteria. These diseases can be deadly.

H1n1 (Swine Flu)

This vaccine helps protect your family from a serious illness that can occur. Pregnant women need this vaccine the most because of serious deathly complications that can come from not being protected with H1n1.

Pneumonia Td (tetanus, diphtheria)

This vaccine helps prevent lung and respiratory problems that are associated with an Pneumonia and tetanus. Respiratory failure leads to death.

Influenza

The flu shot changes every year. The flu is a rapidly changing and adapting illness. Every year the Center for Disease Control (CDC) tests the strains of flu and based on those strains develops a flu vaccination. The flu vaccination comes out twice a year.

Getting a flu vaccination doesn’t mean that you won’t get the flu because you might catch a strain that you aren’t protected from. But, it does help to reduce your chances of getting sick.

Those with asthma or other breathing issues may find that the flu vaccination helps them to stay better during the winter months.
